Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, in original packaging, with all original tags and labels attached.

 

Return Process

To return an item, please email Info@survivinginliving.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions on where to mail items you are returning. After receiving an RMA number please place the item securely in its original packaging, include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the address stated inside your RMA email.
